About Us

Mathon, Cradley and Storridge Tennis Club (MCS) is situated in beautiful surroundings between Mathon and West Malvern with views to the western slopes of the Malvern Hills. There are three hard courts, two of which have floodlights enabling play all year round.

The club began life in1980, set up by an enthusiastic group of players from the villages of Mathon, Cradley and Storridge. Today it is thriving, with around 80 members, and new members are guaranteed a friendly welcome.

The club enters men’s, women’s and mixed teams in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire League and holds annual tournaments itself throughout the year. For more leisurely tennis there are weekly social tennis sessions on Sunday mornings from 9.30 am and also Wednesday evenings and (sometimes) Friday evenings from 6.00 pm.
